The private property market in Spain had a turnover of 32.5 billion Euros between January and September 2014. This is an increase of 25 percent compared with the same period last year.
The property market has maintained a positive trend until September after three consecutive years of decline, according to data from the Ministry of Public Works collected by Servimedia.

Then came the Basque Country, which had a turnover of 1.50 billion Euros, followed by the Balearic Islands with 1.45 billion Euros, Canary Islands 1:42 billion Euros, Castilla y León with 1.10 billion Euros, Galicia, with 1.01 billion Euros, Castile-La Mancha with 832.8 million Euros, Murcia with 756.6 million Euros and Murcia Aragon with 708.4 million Euros.
Least-made Property purchase was made in Asturias, where it was just traded 438.2 million Euros, Navarre with 375.5 million Euros, Cantabria with 353.5 million Euros, Extremadura with 307 million Euros, La Rioja with 180.8 million Euros and Ceuta and Melilla with 91.2 million Euros together.
